Rob Wagner, an electrical engineer, has had widespread experience in mining and exploration in South African and in neighbouring African countries, and his career spans more than 40 years in the industry. He started as an engineer in Johannesburg Consolidated investments (JCI), thereafter went on to work for several major companies on a number of underground deep level gold, coal, platinum and antimony mines. Later he has held executive positions across several commodities including gold, chrome, nickel/copper and manganese. Rob joined SepFluor as Chief Executive Officer 2015 and during his tenure has been instrumental in progressing the development of the Nokeng Fluorspar Mine and advancing the growth and expansion initiatives within the company.
