Ousmane Diawara joined EY in 2014 after having started his career in an advisory boutique. Promoted partner in 2023, Ousmane is both part of the infrastructure team and the Mining & Metals team. While based in Paris, he is deeply focused on the African continent, supporting public authorities and private clients in their major capital projects. Ousmane has worked on over 50 transactions across the African continent. He brings deep experience in project structuring, project finance, PPP, JV management in developing markets aspiring to improve lives of communities. Ousmane brings his strong deal maker skills to realize the true potential of the mining sector to be a catalyst for infrastructure development (corridors, power, logistics, industrialisation, skills) and long-term value creation. He holds a mining engineer degree from Nancy School of Mines (France).
