BSc (mechanical engineering) from the University of Cape Town (UCT), Post GDip Management Practice, Master of Business Administration (UCT Graduate School of Business), Management Development Programme (Gordon Institute of Business Science), Advanced Management Program (Harvard Business School), Programme in Technical and Operational Surface Mining Excellence (University of Pretoria, in progress).

Moses is a seasoned mining executive with more than 25 years of strategic and operational leadership experience. He has held senior roles at De Beers Group and AngloGold Ashanti and serves on several boards, including the Minerals Council South Africa. He has experience in managing large teams, a track record of successfully turning around operations and improving safety, and the ability to drive performance.
