Mohamed Sidy DIALLO is an experienced banker with more than sixteen years of expertise in financial markets, treasury management, risk analysis, and corporate banking development. Since April 2025, he has been leading Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) at Ecobank Guinea, with a strategic focus on market expansion, client excellence, and portfolio growth across key sectors of the economy. Prior to this role, he served for a decade as Head of FICC, where he oversaw foreign exchange activities, liquidity, and market operations, contributing significantly to Ecobank Guinea’s financial performance. Under his leadership, FICC operations consistently generated more than 60% of the bank’s revenues. He actively contributes to deposit mobilization, particularly from mining companies and major international corporates, and collaborates with the National Head of Debt on government fundraising initiatives in the primary market. He also serves as a focal point between Ecobank, the banking association, and regulatory authorities on sectoral and policy developments. Mohamed Sidy DIALLO holds a Master’s degree in Corporate Finance and Management Control from IAE Toulon and has completed executive programmes at the London School of Economics (LSE Ideas) and in Silicon Valley, focused on digital transformation, innovation, leadership, and design thinking. He has also earned several certifications in credit risk, ALM, trade finance, markets and liquidity risk management.
