Ibrahima Sow is the Managing Director of BankiTruck, a company operating at the intersection of mining extraction support and logistics across West Africa, with a strong focus on bauxite and gold operations. He brings extensive experience in managing large scale mining transport systems and aligning logistics capacity with extraction requirements in complex and demanding operating environments. In his role at BankiTruck, Ibrahima leads end-to-end transport and logistics strategies that support mining extraction, from pit to port haulage to fleet deployment and subcontractor coordination. He has been directly involved in the structuring, deployment, and supervision of fleets exceeding 300 heavy-duty trucks, working closely with mining operators to ensure continuity of production, operational reliability, and cost discipline. With a strategic and field driven approach, Ibrahima focuses on optimizing asset utilization, improving productivity, and reducing operational risk across mining transport value chains. He actively collaborates with mining companies, transport operators, and financial stakeholders to develop scalable and sustainable models that enhance project performance and long-term competitiveness.
