His career includes key roles such as CFO at Quebec Madagascar Minerals and Senior Manager Finance at Rio Tinto Iron and Titanium. He was previously CFO of Richards Bay Minerals (RBM) and currently, he serves as General Manager: Growth Strategy, where he focuses on driving decarbonization, business improvement and organizational growth. Bradley is recognized for his strong leadership presence and commitment to people development, successfully nurturing talent and building organizational capability. His robust analytical skills and systematic approach have led to a proven track record in efficient project delivery. His educational background includes an MBA, and a Post Graduate Certificate in Advanced Taxation. Additionally, he holds an Advanced Certificate in Auditing. a Post Graduate Diploma in Accounting and a Batchelor’s in Accounting.
