Company & Project Background:  Tertiary Minerals plc is a UK based company primarily exploring for energy transition/critical metals in Zambia. The project portfolio is strategically located over highly prospective areas, including the Central African Copperbelt, Domes Region and Iron-Oxide-Copper-Gold Region. The Company's flagship project is Mushima North, where it has made a silver-copper discovery in 2025 and is currently advancing towards a maiden Mineral Resource Estimate. The Company currently has two Joint Ventures: one with KoBold Metals on the Konkola West Project and one with First Quantum Minerals Ltd on the Mukai Project. Other projects include Jacks and Mupala and are both targeting near surface copper mineralisation.
